What’s Opera, Doc? is a 1957 Warner Bros. cartoon directed and drawn by the best to ever do it: Chuck Jones. The story parodies operas by Wagner (a realm very few animated series would even attempt today with maybe the exception of Bob’s Burgers). It’s generally recognized as the greatest animated cartoon that Warner Bros. ever released (it’s also the last time Fudd appeared in a Chuck Jones cartoon).
